As a place of intellectual exchange and promotion of research involving different scientific perspectives, the Department of Humanities, Social Sciences and Education (SUSeF) is grounded on the contributions made by the different areas of the humanities. The Department promotes a fruitful and interdisciplinary dialogue between fields as diverse as archeology, art history, history, pedagogy, law, literature, linguistics, philology, philosophy and sociology with the intention of opening up new avenues of research and providing a broader vision and flexibility for the analysis of various scientific issues.
Scholars and researchers through the exchange of their knowledge, expertise and know-how cooperate in order to formulate and implement research projects inspired by quality criteria, national and international competitiveness and innovation. In pursuit of its scientific aims, the Department welcomes and enhances the research, organization and experience of both academic staff and members of administration.
